DEPOSIT POLICY

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which acts as a booking fee deducted from your full amount.

The remainder can be paid at the appointment through bank transfer or cash.

LATE POLICY

Your arrival time must be 10 min prior to the appointment time as the service itself must starts at the time you selected.

Please notify me upon arrival via message.

I do not tolerate late arrivals; an automatic £5 surcharge will be applied for up to 10 min late.

If above 10 min late: I reserve the rights in refusal and cancellation with no refund of deposit due to inability to complete service prior to my next client.

However, if I can complete the service on time, any lateness above 10 min is automatically charged at £5 for every 5 min late.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

If the booking system doesn't display an appointment time you desire/to book Out of Hours slots before 8am/after 4pm please contact me.

I am NOT mobile (Only for Bridal bookings) My home-studio location: Wykebeck Leeds.

Any changes to Makeup/Hair style require at least 6 hours of notification prior to appointment.

Bridal/ Bridesmaid/ Mother of Bride/Groom services require a Quotation, if this isn't disclosed, you'll be charged upon discovery.

Please arrive with no makeup/clean hair, wear easy to remove shoes and refrain from touching any walls.

I only offer dry styling. I do not offer hair washing or drying facilities.

No +1's to regular appointments, only for trials & proms when absolutely necessary
