DEPOSIT POLICY       

• All bookings require an online non-refundable deposit, deducted from the total amount

• The remainder must be paid in cash-only at the appointment

       LATE POLICY        

• Clients must arrive 10 min before the appointment. Up to 10 min late: £5 charge.

• Over 10 min late: Service may be refused/cancelled. If service proceeds: Additional £15 charge applies.

• Please notify me upon arrival via message.

        APPOINTMENT POLICY        

• If preferred time is unavailable/Out of Hours, please contact me. Out of Hours fees apply before 8am. 

• I am NOT mobile (Only for Bridal bookings) My home-studio location: Wykebeck Leeds.

• All style changes require at least 16 hours' notice.

• Wedding services require a Quotation, if not disclosed, charges upon discovery apply.

• Clients must arrive with no makeup, easy-to-remove shoes, and avoid touching walls (prevents markings).

• I only offer dry styling. No hair washing/drying facilities.

• Solo Apts ONLY! (unless agreed in advance!) No waiting/seating area.
