BRIDAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

LATE POLICY:

 

1) Late arrivals are not accepted. I follow a strict schedule, thus clients must arrive 60 min prior to service slot. Up to 10 min late: £10 fee. Over 10 min: may result in refusal/cancellation without refund, or £20 if service proceeds.

2) All clients must arrive with no makeup/hair product and dry hair, delays will be charged according to the Late Policy 1.

 

3) For Bridal bookings/trials at my home-studio: Please notify me of your arrival via message.

 

 

DEPOSIT POLICY:

 

4) All deposits are a non-refundable booking fee, deducted from the total costs.

 

5)Bridal payments are made in 2 parts:  

1: A deposit upon booking via bank transfer. 2: The remainder via cash-only at the trial. 

 

6) You are entering a contract whereby payments are due by the agreed date. Late payments may cancel your booking, with full charges plus penalties due: £30 (1–7 days),
£100 (7–14 days), £150 (14+ days). Unpaid amounts may lead to legal action.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

7) The deposit is non-refundable as this secures your wedding date, time & admin. 

 

8) Post-Trial Cancellations, made with 30+ days notice before the wedding date receive 50% of the remainder. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

9) If in an unlikely event I am unable to provide you the service, your deposit and upfront payments will be refunded, excluding the cost of completed trials.

 

10) Post-deposit service add-ons/requests may be accommodated, subject to availability; extra costs apply.

 

11) Removing a person from the booking after deposit payment will not affect pricing/refunds, as quotes/discounts were based on the original booking details

 

12) If the wedding/event is cancelled by you/other vendors, a new deposit is required to secure re-booking.

13) Any breaches of the contract will result in additional fees and potential cancellations without refunds or services.

GENERAL T&C’s:

 

14) Bookings are secured only with 1) The Bridal Contract Form and 2) Deposit. Availability may change between enquiry and booking

​

15) All changes to wedding services must be communicated at least 14 days in advance to avoid breach of contract. Please consider that I may be unable to accommodate the changes due to my schedule, therefore changes may be rejected. Additional fees may apply to accommodate them. 

16) Bridal Bookings differ in price to regular bookings and require a different form/process, failure to disclose prior to booking, will lead to charges upon discovery.

17) For clients booking a trial before reserving wedding services:  

Trial costs are non-refundable and do not secure/guarantee/hold your preferred date or time. Your wedding date is only held once a deposit and contract are submitted. After your trial, you are encouraged to promptly make a full booking to avoid disappointment, as slots operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

18) Some bookings may be assisted by an assisting hair/makeup artist

 

19) Photos and videos may be taken and used for my portfolio and social media

 

20) All trials are held at my location LS9HZ. Makeup Trials: Up-to 80 min / Hair & Makeup Trials: Up-to 140 min. Trial No Shows = Full price re-booking fee.

 

21) Trials run Monday to Thursday, 9 AM-4 PM. To reserve a weekend slot, a £45 advance fee applies. Bookings with multiple people cannot be scheduled back-to-back but can be on the same day.
 

22) Lashes from trials must be brought for the Makeup on the day, failure results in an additional £10 for replacement, likely to be a  different style.​
 

23) Hair accessories (pins, padding, clips and hair ties) from the trial must be brought for the Hair on the day, failure results in an additional £5.

 

24) I do not offer refunds; please inform me of any concerns during your booking or before leaving so I can make adjustments, subject to time availability.

 

25) My expertise offers durability, as reflected in my reviews. However, I cannot be held liable for effects on hair/makeup from adverse weather, accidents, dermatological issues, or unexpected circumstances. Maintenance is as important as application.

 

26)  As an artist I cannot replicate another artist's work. I will attempt to recreate the artistry in my style, considering your needs, using the provided photos/descriptions as inspiration

 

27) My studio is CCTV monitored, stealing will result in legal action. Damages or theft of my tools, property or personal belongings during any service at your requested location will be charged to the client. Failure to resolve will result in legal action. Same applies at venues/locations.
