Terms & Conditions

Hair/Makeup Appointments

LATE POLICY:
 

1) You must arrive 10 min prior to your appointment start time.
I do not tolerate late arrivals; an automatic £5 surcharge will be applied if you are up to 10 min late.

 

If you are above 10 min late, I reserve the rights in refusal and cancellation with no refund of deposit due to inability to complete service prior to my next client/s or schedule.
 

If I can complete the service on time, any lateness above 10 min is automatically charged at £5 for every 5 min late.

2) For bookings at my home-studio: Please notify me of your arrival via message.
 

3) If a member of the booking is late resulting in inability to finish all the services on time, no refunds will be issued.

 

4) Any changes to regular appointments at least 6 hours in advance.
Please consider that I may be unable to accommodate the changes due to my schedule,
Therefore these changes may be rejected or additional fees may apply to accommodate them. 

 

5) All members of the booking must arrive with no makeup/hair product and no wet hair, as this is a major delay which will be charged according to the Late Policy.
 

 

DEPOSIT POLICY:
 

6) Once you book a slot online, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time, serving as a booking fee subtracted from the final cost.

7) This will be taken through the booking app.

 

8) The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via transfer at the appointment. Failure to make payment will result in legal action. 

 

9) Packages require the remaining balance to be paid at first session (initial trial/first lesson)



GENERAL T&C’s:

10) Please be aware that while my availability was accurate at the time of enquiry, it may have changed by the time you book. The Book Online page displays my current availability. 

 

11) Please be aware Bridal Bookings differ in price to regular bookings and require a different form, if you fail to disclose prior to booking, you will be charged accordingly upon discovery.

12) Please be aware that pictures & videos will be taken for the use of my portfolio and social media.

13) All trials, lessons and services are held at my home-studio location (LS90HZ) I only offer mobile for big bridal bookings.

14) All lashes used at the trials must be kept by the Client and brought for the Makeup on the day, failing to do so will result in an additional £10 for new lashes, these are likely to be a completely different style.

15) Any hair accessories such as pins, padding, clips and hair ties used at the trial must also be kept and brought for the Hair on the day, failing to do so will cost an additional £5.

16) I do not offer refunds, if you're unhappy with something please let me know throughout the booking or before leaving so I can alter it for you, subject to time availability.

17) My expertise and skills ensure long lasting results as seen on my reviews. However, in the event of adverse weather conditions, accidents, dermatological issues and unexpected circumstances, I cannot be held liable if the hair/makeup is affected. Please note makeup/hair is about maintenance as much as it is about application.

18) As an artist my own hands are my tools, therefore, I can not guarantee to copy another artist's work (when presented with another artist work as request/inspiration for hair/makeup) however, I will attempt to re-create the artistry with my style and your needs in mind, using the photos or description as inspiration where possible.
 

19) My studio is CCTV monitored, stealing will result in legal action. Damages or theft of my tools, property or personal belongings during any service will be charged to the client. Failure to resolve will result in legal action. 

 

20) I ask you to refrain from touching any walls due to incurring markings and damages, as well as wearing easy to remove shoes due to carpets. 

 

21) I only offer dry styling. I do not offer hair washing or drying facilities.

Bridal Bookings
 

 

LATE POLICY:
 

1)   I do not tolerate late arrivals; for bridal bookings, lateness causes a major delay therefore a fee of £15 will be charged automatically. If you are above 10 min late, I reserve the rights in refusal and cancellation with no refund of deposit due to inability to complete service prior to my next client/s or schedule.
If I can complete the service on time, any lateness above 10min is automatically charged at £5 for every 5 min late

 

2) All Bridal bookings receive a schedule. Since unforeseen circumstances may arise, to prevent any more delays, individuals arriving later must arrive at the preparation location at least 60 minutes before the start of their appointment slot time. 

 

3) For Bridal bookings and trials at my home-studio: Please notify me of your arrival via message.
 

4) If a member of the booking is late resulting in inability to finish all the services on time, no refunds will be issued.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
 

6) All deposits are non-refundable taken as a booking fee deducted from the total costs.
 

Bridal Payments are paid in 3 parts:
 

7) A deposit paid on booking.

8) Pre-trial payment due to be paid by up-to 24 hours prior to trial.

9) Pre-Wedding payment due to be paid by up-to 24 hours prior to the wedding day.

10) You are entering a contract whereby you must pay the amounts by the date agreed, failing to pay on time will result in cancelation of services with full payment still chargeable along with late penalties:

11) If payment is overdue by 1-7 days, the penalty is £30.
     If payment is overdue by 7-14 days, the penalty is £100.
     If payment is overdue by 14+ days the penalty is £150.


12) Failure to make late-penalty payment will result in legal action. 


 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

13) If a full bridal cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to the trials you will not be obliged to pay the second payment. However, Deposit will not be refunded.

14) If a cancellation is made after the second payment, but no less than 30 days prior to the day of third payment the third payment will be void. However, the deposit and second payment will not be refunded. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the wedding, the final payment is chargeable.
 

15) If in an unlikely event I am unable to provide you the service, your deposit and upfront payments will be refunded, excluding the cost of completed trials.
 

16) Additional services requested post-deposit payment will be tried best to accommodate, however will incur additional cost and may be rejected subject to time availability.
 

17) Removing a person from the booking post-deposit payment will not result in refunds/price changes as quote and discounts were issued based on the information provided prior to this change.
 

18) In the event of a wedding/event cancellation on your behalf or other vendors, re-booking will require a new deposit to mitigate against any loss I have incurred from the changes of the original date and booking.

19) Any breaches of the contract will result in additional fees and potential cancellations without refunds or services.

GENERAL T&C’s:

20) I require both a submission of the Bridal form and a deposit to secure a booking, please be aware that while my availability was accurate at the time of enquiry, it may have changed by the time you book.

21) Any changes to bridal services must be communicated at least 14 days in advance to avoid breach of contract. Please consider that I may be unable to accommodate the changes due to my schedule, therefore changes may be rejected. Additional fees may apply to accommodate them. 

 

22) Please be aware Bridal Bookings differ in price to regular bookings and require a different form, if you fail to disclose prior to booking, you will be charged accordingly upon discovery.

For clients booking a trial before reserving the wedding date and time services:
Reserving a trial does not reserved your wedding day slots, I operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and do not hold wedding day slots without the submission of a deposit and contract.

Your wedding day slot is marked with a ‘’SAVE THE DATE" on my system while we wait for your trial, meaning other clients may still book your desired wedding day and time, if they do, you will be notified immediately; providing you the chance to secure your wedding date slots first. Please note that I will only hold this date for the first 24 hour post immediate contact to prevent loss of earnings.

I strongly advise clients choosing to trial first, to book the trial as soon as possible to avoid risks such as loss of non-refundable trial deposit and disappointment if the artist becomes unavailable. 


Upon trial completion, I will hold your wedding date and time as "PENDING" for a maximum of 48 hours so you can secure the wedding date and time slots with a deposit and contract.

Failing to secure wedding day slots within the deadline will return them back online as available for others to reserve. 

 

24) Please be aware some bookings may be assisted by assisting makeup/hair artist
