Terms & Conditions

Hair/Makeup Appointments

LATE POLICY:
 
1)  Clients must arrive 10 minutes prior the appointment; a £5 surcharge applies for arrivals up to 10 minutes late.
If you arrive 10+ minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse service and cancel your appointment without a refund of the deposit.
If my availability permits me to complete the service, a £5 charge will apply for every additional 5 minutes late.

2) For home-studio bookings, please notify me of your arrival via message.

 
3) Any changes to appointments must be made at least 12 hours in advance as I may be unable to accommodate changes due to my schedule, and they may be rejected or incur additional fees.
 
4) All clients must arrive with no makeup/hair product and no wet hair, as this is a major delay which will be charged according to the Late Policy.
 
 
DEPOSIT POLICY:
 
5) Once you book a slot online, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time, serving as a booking fee subtracted from the final cost.
 
6) The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via transfer at the appointment. Failure to make payment will result in legal action. 
 
7) Packages require the remaining balance to be paid at first session (initial trial/first lesson)


GENERAL T&C’s:

8) Please note that my availability may change between your inquiry and point of booking. Current availability is displayed on the Book Online page.

 
9) Bridal bookings have different prices and processes; failure to disclose this before booking will result in additional charges.

10) Please note that photos and videos will be taken for my portfolio and social media

11) All trials, lessons and services are held at my home-studio location (LS90HZ) I only offer mobile for big bridal bookings.

12) All lashes used at the trials must be kept by the Client and brought for the Makeup on the day, failing to do so will result in an additional £10 for new lashes, these are likely to be a completely different style.

13) Any hair accessories such as pins, padding, clips and hair ties used at the trial must also be kept and brought for the Hair on the day, failing to do so will cost an additional £5.

14) I do not offer refunds; please inform me of any concerns during your booking or before leaving so I can make adjustments, subject to time availability.

15) My expertise ensures long-lasting results, as reflected in my reviews. However, I cannot be held liable for any effects on hair/makeup due to adverse weather, accidents, dermatological issues, or unexpected circumstances. Please note that maintenance is as important as application.

16) As an artist, my hands are my tools, so I cannot guarantee to replicate another artist's work. However, I will attempt to recreate the artistry in my style, considering your needs and using the provided photos or descriptions for inspiration.
 

17) My studio is CCTV monitored, stealing will result in legal action. Damages or theft of my tools, property or personal belongings during any service will be charged to the client. Failure to resolve will result in legal action. 
 
18) I ask you to refrain from touching any walls due to incurring markings and damages, as well as wearing easy to remove shoes due to carpets. 
 
19) I only offer dry styling. I do not offer hair washing or drying facilities.
 
20) Please contact me for bookings before 8am and after 4pm as Out of Hours fees apply automatically:

6am - 7 am: +£20
7am - 8am: +£15
5pm - 6pm: +£20

 
Sat - Sun
6am - 7 am: +£20
7am - 8am: +£15
4pm - 6pm: +£20

Bridal Bookings
 
 
LATE POLICY:
 
1)  I do not tolerate late arrivals. For bridal bookings, a £15 fee will apply for lateness, and if you are over 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse service and cancel without a refund. If the service can still be completed, a £5 charge applies for every 5 minutes late.
 
2) All bridal bookings receive a schedule. To avoid delays due to unforeseen circumstances, individuals receiving services must arrive at least 60 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
 
3) For Bridal bookings and trials at my home-studio: Please notify me of your arrival via message.
 

4) If a member of the booking is late and prevents the completion of services on time, no refunds will be issued.

5) All members of the booking must arrive with no makeup/hair product and no wet hair, as this is a major delay which will be charged according to the Late Policy.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY:
 
6) All deposits are non-refundable taken as a booking fee deducted from the total costs.
 

Bridal payments are made in three parts:  
A deposit upon booking.  
Pre-trial payment due up to 7 days before the trial.  

Pre-wedding payment due up to 7 days before the wedding day.  

7) You are entering a contract whereby you must pay the amounts by the date agreed, failing to pay on time will result in cancelation of services with full payment still chargeable along with late penalties:

8) If payment is overdue by 1-7 days, the penalty is £30.
     If payment is overdue by 7-14 days, the penalty is £100.
     If payment is overdue by 14+ days the penalty is £150.


9) Failure to make late-penalty payment will result in legal action. 


 
CANCELLATION POLICY:

10) If you cancel your bridal booking up to 30 days before the trial, the second payment will be void, but the deposit is non-refundable.

11) If a cancellation is made after the second payment/trial, but no less than 30 days prior to the day of third payment the third payment will be void.
However, the deposit and second payment will not be refunded. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the wedding, the final payment is chargeable.
 

12) If in an unlikely event I am unable to provide you the service, your deposit and upfront payments will be refunded, excluding the cost of completed trials.
 

13) Additional services requested post-deposit payment will be tried best to accommodate, however will incur additional cost and may be rejected subject to time availability.
 

14) Removing a person from the booking after the deposit payment will not result in refunds or price changes, as quotes and discounts were based on the information provided before this change
 

15) In the event of a wedding/event cancellation on your behalf or other vendors, re-booking will require a new deposit to mitigate against any loss I have incurred from the changes of the original date and booking.

16) Any breaches of the contract will result in additional fees and potential cancellations without refunds or services.

GENERAL T&C’s:

17) Both the submission of the Bridal form and the deposit are required to secure a booking, please be aware that while my availability was accurate at the time of enquiry, it may have changed by the time you book.

18) Any changes to bridal services must be communicated at least 14 days in advance to avoid breach of contract. Please consider that I may be unable to accommodate the changes due to my schedule, therefore changes may be rejected. Additional fees may apply to accommodate them. 
 
19) Please be aware Bridal Bookings differ in price to regular bookings and require a different form, if you fail to disclose prior to booking, you will be charged accordingly upon discovery.

For clients booking a trial before reserving wedding services:  

 
Reserving a trial does not secure your wedding date & time; I operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and require a deposit and contract to hold your date.
Your wedding slot will be marked as "SAVE THE DATE" in my system while you wait for your trial, meaning others may still book your desired time.
If another client attempts to book, you will be notified, allowing you the opportunity to secure your date within 12 hours from my initial contact to prevent loss of earnings.

 
After the trial, your wedding date will be held as "PENDING" for 24 hours, allowing you to secure it with a deposit and contract. If not secured by the deadline, the date will be released for others to reserve.
 
21) Please be aware some bookings may be assisted by assisting makeup/hair artist

22) Please note that photos and videos will be taken for my portfolio and social media
